Learn | Earn | Change the World
The Rhode Island Early Childhood Registered Apprenticeship aims to improve the knowledge, qualifications, and compensation of early childhood educators and, in turn, help improve staff retention in child care programs across the state. A Registered Apprenticeship provides on-the-job training and classroom instruction so you can “learn while you earn.” This program is currently open to infant/toddler teachers and teacher assistants who work a minimum of 25 hours per week in the classroom at a BrightStars participating program.
